Diyet yapmaya başladınız. Dolayısıyla etin hayatınızdaki yerini biraz geriye çekmeniz gerekiyor. Zeytinyağlı yemeklere yönelmeniz sizin için daha sağlıklı olacak. Peki ne yapmalı? Hem etli hem de zeytinyağlı olarak sunulan yemeklerde elbette zeytinyağlı olanı tercih etmelisiniz. Bunun başlangıcını bizimle beraber yapmaya başlayın istedik.

Zeytinyağlı biber dolmasının yapımı çok kolay. Özellikle malzemelerini her evde bulmak mümkün. İhtiyacımız olan şeyler 6 adet dolmalık biber, 1 domates, orta boy soğan, yarım çay bardağı zeytinyağı, 8 kaşık pirinç, yarım bardak su, 4 dal maydanoz, 1 çay kaşığı tarçın, 1 tatlı kaşığı şeker, 1 tatlı kaşığı antep fıstığı, biraz tuz ve karabiber, bir tutam nane.

Önce ince ince doğradığınız soğanları zeytinyağı içinde iyice kavurun. Üzerine fıstıkları koyun. Pirinci de koyduktan sonra birkaç dakika kavurun. İstediğiniz tada göre tuzunu ve şekerini koyun. Yarım bardak suyu da üzerine ekleyin ve su çekilene kadar iyice pişirin. Piştiğinden emin olduktan sonra 10 dakika kadar dinlenmeye bırakın. İçine koyacağınız baharatları maydanozla beraber ilave edin ve karıştırın.

Çekirdeklerini önceden çıkardığınız dolmaların içine malzemeleri doldurun.Üzerine domates koyacak kadar yer bırakın. Son olarak da domatesleri biberin ağzına yerleştirin. Biberlerin ağızları yukarıya gelecek şekilde tencereye dizin. Üzerine 1.5 bardak su ve 3 kaşık zeytinyağıyla tuz koyun. Kısık ateşte pişirin.

Malzemeler :

- 2.5 Adet yufka

- Yarım kilo süt

- 3 Adet yumurta

- 125 gr margarin (yarım paket)

- 1.5 Su bardağı kaşar ve beyaz peynir karışımı

Hazırlanışı:

Öncelikle kullanacağınız tepsiyi yağlayın. İki yufkayı elinizle küçük parçalara bölün. Yumurtaları çırpın. Margarini eritip, soğutun. Sütle birlikte karıştırın. Yufkaları bu karışımın içine atın. Peynirin de ekleyip karıştırın. Yağladığınız tepsiye yarım yufkayı yayın. Üzerine sütlü karışımı dökün. En üste kalan yarım yufkayı buruşturarak üzerine kapatın. 170 dereceli fırında pişirin.

A great cold weather dessert, the apple crisp or apple crumble brings with it the memories of cold winter evenings by the hearth, fragrances of cinnamon mixed with smells of warm apples baking. This particular dish is also a great accompaniment for a large dollop of ice cream, if you are one of those people for whom ice cream is always the main course, whatever else the table may be laden with!!
This sweet dish is made with sliced fresh apples and cinnamon then topped with a crumbly mixture of flour, butter, and sugar. Apple Crumble, as Americans love to call it, can be made in a variety of ways, but the basic recipe is always the same… sweet, warm apple filling, topped with crunchy crumble, sometimes with nuts and flavoring, sometimes with plain breadcrumb consistency. Crisp is actually any dish with soft fruit below, topped with a crunchy crumbly topping, sometimes with nuts and dried fruits. Since they do not have a bottom layer (or else they would be a pie!) the top layer gives a great crispy, crunchy contrast to the tart, soft fruit underneath. To make this delicious and easy dessert, you need:
500 grams apples
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground cardamom
½ tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp low fat spread
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
Grated rind of one lemon
Juice of one lemon
Peel, core and slice the apples. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C. Grease a baking dish and keep aside.
Toss the apples into the orange juice and mix in the lemon rind. Place these in an arranged manner inside the baking dish.
Meanwhile, crumb together the flour, low fat spread and sugar, adding in the powdered cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg. Using warm water, make a crumb like consistency of this mixture.
Spread over the apples in the baking dish, evenly. Bake till the top is evenly browned, and the apples inside will be tender too.
Serve with a large dollop of ice-cream or fresh cream.Low Fat Apple Crisp
This version is made using oats with flour which makes it easier to digest, tastier and crunchier.
You need:
½ cup flour
½ cup white sugar
½ cup fat free butter
1/3 cup oats
3 large apples, peeled, cored and sliced
½ cup brown sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp flour
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade. Spray a baking dish with oil, enough to bake, no more. Peel, core and slice the apples into thin crescents, keep aside.
Blend together the flour, butter, white sugar and oats till they resemble bread crumbs. This can also be done with bare hands, so that all the ingredients are mixed properly. The topping is ready.
In a bowl mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon and three tablespoons of flour.
Combine with the apples so they do not break. Pour this mixture into the baking dish. Then spread the prepared topping evenly over the apples.
Bake this dish for about 45 minutes. The topping should be browned and crusty.
Serve with ice cream on the side. Or if it is a winter dessert menu, serve with fresh cream.

Let the dessert stand out of the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes at room temperature, and then garnish with Raspberries before serving.

Peach Crisp Recipe

Almost everyone loves peach crisps, especially during summers, when you get fresh and ripe peaches. It has a crumb topping and a juicy fruit mixture at the base. Apart from peaches, many other ingredients are used to make peach crisps. You may also use other ingredients of your choice to alter the taste in this dessert recipe. Sliced peaches (peeled and pitted) – 5 cups
All-purpose flour – 4 tbsp
Cooking oatmeal – ½ cup
Brown sugar, packed – ¾ cup
Butter – ¼ cup
Granola sweetened with honey – ½ cup
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Nutmeg powder – ½ tsp
Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp
Method
You have to start with the preparation of the base, that includes the peach slices. Once the base is made, prepare the topping mixture and pour over the base. Take a large bowl and mix the ingredients for the base. This includes peach slices, one tablespoon of flour (the remaining flour is meant for the topping) and ½ cup of sweetened granola, ¼ cup of brown sugar (remaining ½ cup is for topping) and lemon juice. Some people also like to add two tablespoons of whiskey to this mixture.
Toss the above said ingredients thoroughly and arrange it in a baking dish, which is already greased. After this, you can prepare the topping mixture with the remaining ingredients.
Put the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. The ingredients include ½ cup of oatmeal, ½ cup of brown sugar, three tablespoons of all-purpose flour, half teaspoon of nutmeg powder and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and mix them well.
If you have a food processor, you can blend the ingredients and once they are combined well, add butter gradually. If you are mixing the ingredients manually, combine all items, except butter, with a pastry blender and then add the butter. The mixture must be like a coarse meal, once the butter gets blended well. Now, your topping part is also ready.
Now, you have to spread the mixture meant for topping over the base made of peach slices kept in the greased baking dish. It should be spread evenly over the peach slices.
Now you are ready for the last part in the making of peach crisp recipe. Place the baking dish with ingredients inside the oven, which is preheated to 350 °F. Bake it for around forty-five minutes or until the topping becomes golden brown. Some people cover the dish with foil and bake it for around fifteen minutes in moderate temperature and then remove the foil for further baking, for around thirty to forty minutes.

Pomegranate juice is one of the most important elements that will decide the quality of the pomegranate jelly. Pomegranate juice – 4 cups

Take a large stainless steel saucepan and add pomegranate juice and lemon juice in it. Boil this mixture over high heat. Once the mixture boils, add liquid pectin to it. Boil the mixture until it boils at full rolling. Boil it for half minute. Then remove the saucepan from heat and remove the foam. Then put this hot mixture into sterilized jars with the help of ladle. Leave ¼ inch distance from the top while filling. For this, first peel the pomegranates, remove the membranes, separate the seeds and rinse them properly. Then keep the pomegranate seeds in a heavy non-reactive stockpot and add half cup of water. Cover the stockpot and cook the seeds for about 10 minutes. The mixture should be cooked to tender the seed sacs. Take a colander and line it with double-layer of cheesecloth. Place this colander over a large bowl and pour the pomegranate seeds and liquid into it. Prepare a pouch like shape by tying the ends of the cheesecloth. Squeeze this pouch to extract all the juice from the mixture. Your pomegranate juice is ready. Measure 4 cups of this pomegranate juice for your jelly. Now, add pomegranate juice, lemon juice and sugar in non-reactive stockpot and keep the heat to medium. Bring the mixture to boil and add liquid pectin to it. Bring the mixture to rolling boil and continue boiling for one minute. Keep stirring the mixture while its boiling. Then fill this mixture to sterilized jars and seal the jars. Keep these jars on a rack in heavy stockpot. Cover these jars with boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes. Then take out the jars, cool them on a towel for at least 2 days and then store.

Let the mixture cool to reach room temperature. Now, in another bowl add 1 cup sugar, cream cheese and whipped topping. Beat this mixture until all the combine the ingredients properly. Bake this mixture at 400 degree Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes. Let the mixture cool on a wire rack. Then, in another mixing bowl, add sugar substitute, remaining sugar and cream cheese. Beat this mixture with electric mixture until the ingredients combine properly. Add whipped topping to this mixture and then spread it over the cooled pretzel crust. Refrigerate this mixture until it chills completely. Extract the pineapple juice and add some water to it, to measure one cup. Pour the pineapple juice in a saucepan and bring it to boil. Then pour this pineapple juice into a large bowl and add gelatin to it. Stir the mixture until gelatin gets dissolved. Then separate the strawberries and the strawberry juice. Add some water to strawberry juice to measure 1½ cup and then stir it into the gelatin mixture. Refrigerate this strawberry pineapple gelatin mixture, until it sets properly. Then add the strawberries and pineapple to it. Spread this mixture carefully over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate it for 3 to 4 hours.
