Hamuru için,

- 1 su bardağı su

- 100 gram tereyağı

- Yarım çay kaşığı tuz

- 1,5 su bardağı un

- 4 adet yumurta

Kreması için,

- 1 adet yumurta

- Yarım su bardağı toz şeker

- 1 çay bardağı un

- 1.5 su bardağı süt

- 1 çay kaşığı vanilya

- 1 çay bardağı toz fıstık

Üzeri için,

- 2 paket bitter çikolata

- Yarım çay bardağı süt kreması

Hazırlanışı,

- Hamurunu hazırlamak için tereyağı, su ve tuzu tencereye alın ve kısık ateşte kaynatın.

- Unu ilave edip 5-6 dakika pişirin ve ocaktan alıp ılınmaya bırakın.

- Ilınan hamura yumurtaları tek tek kırıp mikserle iyice yedirin.

- Hamuru geniş uçlu sıkma torbasına doldurun ve yağlı kâğıt serili fırın tepsisine hamuru şeritler halinde sıkın.

- Önceden ısıtılmış 180 derece fırında üzeri kızarıncaya kadar pişirin.

- Pişen ekler pastaları yaklaşık yarım saat sıcak fırında bekletin.

- Kreması için, süt hariç diğer malzemeleri tencereye alın.

- Sütü yavaş yavaş ekleyin ve sürekli karıştırarak muhallebi kıvamında pişirin.

- Fırından çıkardığınız ekleri enlemesine kesin ve arasına kremayı doldurun.

- Kremayı sos tenceresinde ısıtın ve çikolatayı küçük parçalara bölerek ekleyin.

- Eriyinceye kadar karıştırın ve pastaların üst kısmını çikolataya batırıp 1 saat beklettikten sonra servis yapın.

Ev Baklavası için Gerekli Malzemeler:

Ev Baklavası Şerbeti:

- 5 su bardağı şeker

- 3,5 su bardağı su

- yarım limonun suyu

Ev Baklavası Hamuru:

- 4 su bardağı un

- 1 su bardağı ılık süt

- 1 paket kabartma tozu

- 100g erimiş tereyağı

- 1 yumurta

Ev Baklavası İçi:

- 250g dövülmüş ceviz
ayrıca:

- 3 paket buğday nişastası (toplam 500g)

- 150g eritilmiş kızgın tereyağı

Ev Baklavasının Yapılışı:

1. Hamur malzemeleri ile poğaça hamuru kıvamında yumuşak bir hamur yapın. Bunu 15-20 dakika dinlendirin. dinlenmiş hamuru 3 eşit parçaya ayırın. Her parçadan 16-18 adet cevizden küçük parçalar koparın. Kopardığınız parçalara elinizle ceviz şekli verin. Şekil verdiğiniz her küçük bezeyi merdane ile bir yemek tabağı büyüklüğünde açın. Aralarına bolca nişasta serperek 16 veya 18 parçayı üstüste koyun. En üsttekine nişasta serpmeyin. Böylece 16′lı (veya 18′li) 3 grup elde edin.

2. Yuvarlak bir fırın tepsisini yağlayın. Yuvarlak yoksa dikdörtgen tepsinin içine yuvarlak açtığınız hamuru koyabilirsiniz. 16′lı bir grubu alıp merdane ile tepsinin genişliğinde açın. Bunu tepsiye serip üstüne ceviz içinin yarısını serpin. İkinci grubu da açıp üzerine serin. Kalan cevizleri de bunun üzerine serpin. son grubu da açıp en üste serin.

3. Tepsideki yufkaları baklava dilimi şeklinde dilimleyin. Üzerine – her yanına değecek biçimde- 150g kızgın tereyağı gezdirin. 200C fırında üzeri kızarana kadar pişirin. Fırından çıkartıp baklavayı soğutun. Şerbet ılık baklava soğukken şerbeti tepsinin üzerine gezdirin. 4-5 saat sonra servis yapın.
